"Check the PHP error logs for your website which can be found by going to Manage Hosting > Options > Manage > Access/Error Logs. These logs provide detailed records of any issues that occurred on your server during the execution of PHP scripts. Looking for any 'Fatal Errors' is a good start when using the error logs to debug a website problem as these will usually result in a 500 error.

Use the 20i autodiagnostics tools. Running autodiagnositcs performs several checks on key aspects of your website to locate any common areas of misconfiguration, including any malware present on a website, if an SSL is active, file permissions, DNS and error logging. Autodiagnostics can be found by heading to Manage Hosting > Options > Autodiagnostics.

If you're still unsure why your website is down feel free to contact our friendly support team who will be happy to help further."
